Once DLA calls him out for stealing pandemic relief from Churchills, Kauderer retaliates with sham evictions across the street at Histori and adjacent open-air venue. 

This was in-spite of the fact that rents were current.

Even more egregiously, Kauderer had leased the property to Dale in February 2020 with roof leaks...1 and 1/2 years later and and those leaks were allowed to dilapidate into full-blown holes, ensuring massive flooding which led to equipment and furniture damage valued in the 10s of thousands of dollars.

THIS is how Mallory Kauderer and Donita Leavitt chose to treat a tenant (one to whom they substantial monies, no less) during a pandemic.
